For over a decade, I've been on a personal journey of self-discovery and growth. Growing up, I struggled with negative emotionsself-doubt, and unhealthy habits that held me back that I needed to change.

I was not happy with the life I was manifesting for myself. 

I had to learn how to love myself. Figure out what was important to me and what I really wanted out of life. This journey wasn't easy. I faced my fears, confronted my insecurities, and worked hard to overcome the obstacles in my path. 

Three of the biggest things I learned is...
  1. Happiness comes from being in love with ourselves and sharing that love with others in a healthy and authentic way.
  2. What we think, believe, and feel affect 95% of the decisions we make and taking actions to change what we think, believe, and feel on a consistent basis leads to effortless long term change and healing.
  3. An intense emotion combined with a meaningful intention can cause us to override our unhealthy programing and habits.
Now, I'm uniquely positioned to guide you because I've walked this path myself...

I understand the specific challenges Compassionate Seekers face - the tendency to put others first, the struggle with boundaries, the low self-esteem, the mental and emotional barriers that manifest unhappiness and hopelessness.

That is why I decided to create a website sharing a six step process:

This six step process provides a holistic approach to personal growth and self-empowerment.

The biggest misunderstanding among people who truly want to heal or change is, there's no single strategy, tool, activity, or philosophy that will transform their lives. Real change comes from understanding how to influence our minds at specific times to change our beliefs and behaviors in the long term.
